I know, such a catchy title right?? Who doesn't click the link for a routine blog immediately!?

Sure, it sounds super boring, I get it. But it can also be a ton of fun, in my opinion.

Routines are really important in business, but also extremely important in busy lives. For example, the systems here at GLCF are pretty young, but they're here to give members the best experience every single time they walk in the doors.

Could your life benefit from a few systems? I know we have some pretty spectacular people here, but most definitely. And it's worth talking about them as the kids are going back to schools, the summer's coming to a close, and we settle into a routine from now until Thanksgiving.

Now's the time to dial in some routines that will help you accomplish your health and fitness goals. Here are a few examples for nutrition:

All these things seem pretty simple, but they'll have a great effect. Healthy habits are like compounding interest: They'll help you build a huge amount of momentum, and it keeps things expected and reduces the number of decisions you need to make throughout the day, so you can spend more mental effort on being the best version of you.

So take a minute and do some planning for success this fall. Plan out the next week, then set a calendar reminder to do the same thing the week after. When you get into a rhythm, plan out two weeks or even a month. You'll be amazed at what happens.
